The Dolcetto from Clements Ridge Vineyard presents a delicate appearance in the glass with enchanting aromas of ripe strawberries, cranberries, and violets. The wine bursts with vibrancy and palate cleansing acidity with high-toned notes of freshly picked red cherries and strawberries, graced by subtle undertones of delicate roses and violets with well-defined tannins.

The 2022 Sangiovese was sourced from two distinct vineyards in Clements Hills and the Mokelumne River AVA. This wine graces the glass with its radiant, bright red hue and inviting bouquet of fresh strawberries and black cherry. Upon the first sip, the palate reveals a harmonious blend of dried herbs, juicy strawberries, tart cherries and subtle toast notes, supported by elegantly structured tannins. The wine's high acidity infuses it with vibrancy, creating a refreshing finish that's well-balanced.

This wine showcases a beautiful blend of two Zinfandels sourced from organically farmed vineyards in Lodi.

This vibrant Zinfandel offers aromas of tart raspberry, juicy cherry, and a hint of spice from whole-cluster fermentation. The palate is lively and fruit-forward, with flavors of red cherry and cranberry, balanced by mid-palate tannins and bright acidity. Aged in neutral French oak, it’s a refreshing, modern take on Zinfandel.

Sourced from old vines rooted in the sandy loam soils of Lodi’s Mokelumne River AVA, this Zinfandel offers depth, structure, and a strong sense of place.

Sourced from the historic 107-year-old vines at Soucie Vineyard, this wine captures the bold character and heritage of Lodi’s west side. In the glass, it bursts with juicy red fruit, showcasing layers of strawberries and raspberries that leap from the glass.

The bouquet mirrors the palate with notes of candied strawberry, bright, refreshing acidity, and structured tannins that create a full, textured mouthfeel. Subtle hints of creamy vanilla and a soft, lingering pepper spice round out the finish, offering both depth and finesse in every sip.

A 40% saignée technique intensifies its richness and depth, creating a concentrated wine with a well-integrated tannin structure. The result is a balanced Cabernet with vibrant fruit intensity, layered complexity, and a smooth, velvety finish.
