A celebration of Lodi's historic vineyards, our Grand Cuvée is a thoughtful blend of 50% Carignan, 25% Cinsault, and 25% Zinfandel. Each variety contributes its own character, Carignan provides structure and backbone, Cinsault brings freshness and lifted aromatics, and Zinfandel adds richness, dark fruit, and spice, creating a wine that is both elegant and unmistakably expressive.
The nose opens with aromas of ripe blackberry, black cherry, raspberry, dried herbs, violet, cracked pepper, and subtle notes of cedar and baking spice. On the palate, vibrant red and dark berry flavors are layered with hints of cocoa, sweet tobacco, and warm spice. Silky tannins and bright natural acidity create exceptional balance, leading to a long, refined finish that continues to evolve in the glass.
Crafted to showcase the character of Lodi's Mediterranean climate and heritage varieties, the Grand Cuvée is equally suited for a celebratory meal or quiet evening at home. Pair with grilled meats, herb-roasted chicken, wood-fired pizza, or aged cheeses.
The previous vintage earned Best of Class at the prestigious San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition, a reflection of our commitment to producing expressive, vineyard-driven wines that honor both place and tradition.
