About the Wine:
Inspired by Spain's traditional Solera method, this wine brings together red wines from the 2022 and 2024 vintages with a 20% addition of Port-style wine. Blending younger and older wines creates greater depth, balance and complexity, with layers of rich fruit, warmth, and a smooth, lingering finish.
Tasting Notes:
Deep and generous with aromas of blackberry, black cherry and plum layered with violet, baking spice and cocoa. The palate is rich and supple, showing ripe dark fruit and velvety tannins. A touch of sweetness softens the wine’s structure, while the fortified Portuguese varieties bring depth, complexity and a long, smooth finish.
